Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a regional VAS sales portfolio across Southern Cone countries, developing long‑term relationships with senior client teams.
  • Design and execute regional account plans and commercial plans aligned with local, regional (LAC), and global Visa priorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, new payment flows, and value‑added solutions.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, including incentives, contractual agreements, pricing, and renewals.
  • Drive adoption of new Visa solutions and products (digital payments, value‑added services, data & analytics, B2B solutions, among others).
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure effective end‑to‑end execution.
  • Monitor and manage the commercial pipeline, forecast, and KPIs, ensuring achievement of Southern Cone objectives.
