About the Role
**Summary:**
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager – Front End-Receiving, the In-Store Pick-Up Outfitter will greet and assist customers in placing orders, check item availability, answer questions about new and previous orders, and solve any minor issues. During the order and pick-up process, process customer funds accurately and appropriately, while explaining additional company services and processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide legendary customer experience for every customer and promote company programs
+ Place orders on behalf of the customer in store, to get an item that may not be available in the store at the time
+ Receive In-Store Pick-Up orders that arrive in store from the Distribution Centre
+ Call customers to inform them that their orders have arrived
+ Handle questions about how the In-Store Pick-Up process works to ensure the customer is well informed
