About the Role

Description and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Engineering Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role focuses on driving manufacturing readiness, ensuring design-for-manufacturability, and building a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions at scale.Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor the master schedule for NPI projects, managing all phases from EVT, DVT to PVT.
  • Ensure timely achievement of key milestones such as first article delivery, pilot build ramp-up, and mass production handover.
  • Lead design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products and provide process improvement recommendations.
  • Build and manage the NPI team, including KPI oversight and talent development.
