Ironclad Developer / Administrator

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Ironclad Developer / Administrator to support and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. This role will partner closely with Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to automate contract workflows, integrate Ironclad with core enterprise systems, and drive adoption of AI-powered legal tools.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep Ironclad configuration expertise, strong integration skills (especially Salesforce), and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, administer, and enhance Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, clauses, approvals, and permissions.
Design and implement Ironclad integrations with Salesforce (mandatory) to support quote-to-contract and contract lifecycle processes.
Build and maintain integrations with NetSuite, ZIP, and JIRA (nice to have)
Partner with Legal Ops to optimize contract automation, reporting, and compliance
