Key Responsibilities
 Project IR related to Subcontract workmen & outsource worker is to be maintained.
 Understanding of basic principles of Labour Laws & other statutory Acts as applicable in the sites as per the prevailing laws & act. 
 Preparation of wages sheets & other workmen related data as required . 
 Reconciling with workmen wages paid & actual calculated as per work done in the wage sheet. 
 Follow-up data from subcontractor & reconciliation with respect to PF, ESI, Gate pass & recoveries if any.
 Ensuring compliance team with respect to PF and provision relating to Statutory Act. Validation of PRAN & address of the workmen.
 Statutory compliance with respect to labour laws applicable to construction industry .
 Leadership qualities & team Building
