Responsibilities
Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for IQS-related topics, offering timely assistance and problem resolution.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) in the development and facilitation of FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans, PPAP, customer and supplier complaints, and measurement equipment management, ensuring smooth implementation in new projects.
- Participate in audits and customer visits, supporting Quality Managers and plant personnel.
- Correct data errors and ensure accurate data entry within the IQS system.
