About the Role

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Management of the entire Intellectual Property portfolio of clients.
 Attending hearing and to increase the acceptance cases in IPR
  Appearance before District Courts and High Courts for IP Litigation.
  Drafting of pleadings, evidence, arguments, etc. in IP Litigation matters.
  Desired Candidate Profile  
 Handling and managing the prosecution, opposition and enforcements relating to IP (specifically trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs).
  Drafting, filing and prosecution of new applications, amendments, oppositions, rectifications, etc., before the Registrars/ Examiners
