IPQC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily inspection tasks in accordance with drawings, standards, and specifications; complete assigned tasks on time and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
2. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance; conduct special inspections for critical or high-risk products, with focused attention on items prone to quality issues.
3. Promptly identify, report, and communicate quality issues; ensure proper labeling, segregation, and designated storage of non-conforming items.
4. Follow up on reported quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented; re-inspect relevant inventory to ensure product quality is maintained.
5. Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, or technologies.
6. Maintain a positive working attitude and be willing to work overtime when required, especially during urgent or special production situations.
