Your new role 
As an Investor Services Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the team. You will
Lead and manage the Investor Services team, overseeing daily operations and supporting the growth and performance of the function. 
Oversee investor onboarding and account opening processes, ensuring smooth execution aligned with fund structures and transfer agency requirements. 
Ensure timely and high-quality handling of investor requests and correspondence, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain excellent client service
What you'll need to succeed 
8+ years Transfer Agency experience, including 3+ years covering Alternatives (Private Equity, fund structures, capital calls, distributions).
Strong knowledge of fund operations, LPAs, AML regulation...
