The strategy is centred on directly originated, relationship-led transactions, partnering with founders, family shareholders, and management teams to build enduring businesses.

Based in Madrid, the successful candidate will take responsibility for deepening the firm’s footprint across Spain and Portugal, developing local networks, sourcing proprietary opportunities, and leading investments across the mid-cap segment. This is a senior leadership opportunity with meaningful autonomy and influence, forming part of the broader European partnership.
