Investment Manager

We are supporting a newly established real estate development platform within a prominent Emirati-owned holding group in their search for an Investment Director to play a key role in building and scaling the business.

This is a senior, hands‑on role in a high‑growth environment, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape investment strategy, capital structuring, and financial decision‑making across the development portfolio.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead investment analysis, financial modelling, and valuation across real estate development projects, joint ventures, and land acquisitions.
• Support capital structuring, project finance, and funding strategies, including debt and equity raises.
