Investigator Site Payment Analyst

The **Site Payments Analyst** and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to clinical trial sites.

**Key Responsibilities** :

**End-to-End Payment Management** – Execute the full investigator/site payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Stakeholder Support** – Act as the primary point of contact for study teams and partners regarding payment-related queries and issue resolution.
**System & Data Management** – Maintain purchase orders, requisitions, and payment records in CTMS and other local systems.
**Compliance & Issue Resolution** – Handle invoice requests, mismatches, and rectify failed payments to avoid disruptions.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related.
