RESPONSIBILITIES- Clone, express, and purify therapeutic antibodies
- Characterize antibody candidates for cell binding using FACS and high-content screening (HCS) instruments (Cell Insight CX5 Platform)
- Characterize antibody candidates using analytical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, SEC, IEF, DSC, DSF, HIC, Nano DSF/DLS)
- Develop and perform protein-protein interaction assays, including kinetic, epitope binning, blocking assays (ELISA, SPR, BLI)
- Implement new technologies as required to improve efficiency of the group (e.g. AC-SINS, automation of production or DNA preps using TECAN)
- Be a hands-on presence in the laboratory
- Perform data analysis and documentation
- Write formal technical reports, methods and procedures
