The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple branches and franchisees. This role manages over 1,500 SKUs, ensures proper stock levels, coordinates inventory orders from franchisees, and conducts regular stocktaking using StoreHub POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory for 1,500+ SKUs across all branches and franchise locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using StoreHub POS
• Collect, consolidate, and process inventory orders from franchisees
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
• Conduct regular stocktakes, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Identify and report stock variances, shortages, overstock, and discrepancies
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses, wastage, and stock errors
