Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies with official records.
Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand, preventing stockouts or overstocking.
Receiving/Dispatching: Coordinate the arrival, storage, and outbound shipment of goods.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in inventory software.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for inventory replenishment, product inspections, and returning damaged goods.
Reporting: Prepare inventory reports and analyze data for trends to improve efficiency.
