I nventory Coordinator – 3-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Newcastle CBD
Hours: Mon–Fri (½ hour lunch) | Shifts: 7:30 am–4:00 pm, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Pay:$40/hour + super
Start: ASAP
Role Overview We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day inventory operations with a focus on exception management, expediting open orders, and maintaining accurate system visibility. This role is key to improving material availability, reducing backlog, and ensuring inventory data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MRP exceptions to support material availability and minimise operational risk.
- Review and progress open purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm delivery status.
