Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Record inventory transactions accurately in inventory management systems
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Label, organize, and store inventory according to company standards
- Issue inventory to departments or customers as required
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Communicate inventory status to supervisors or management
