About the Role

Are you an experienced Inventory Control Specialist willing to join one of the leading Oil & Gas companies in Greece at its Aspropyrgos distribution center? In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management and monitoring of the inflow - outflow system to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
The responsibilities of the Inventory Control Specialist include:
Inventory Reconciliation: Coordinate daily accounting and customs inventory agreements, maintaining records in collaboration with the Distribution and Operations departments and state authorities (Customs, General Chemical State Laboratory).
Documentation & ERP Entry: Issue daily movement documents for tax warehouses and record purchases and customs clearances within the SAP (ERP) system.
System Management: Oversight of the Inflow-Outflow system, ensuring timely data entry according to current legislation.
