Inventory Control Associate

Job Description:

• Reviews and tracks inventory transactions, movements, and deletions.
• Implements efficient inventory management procedures.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Inventory Cost Team and third-party logistics (3PL).
• Reports stock variances to management for corrective action
• Participates in monthly physical inventory counts.
• Collects and validates Receiving Reports (RR) and supporting documents (supplier Delivery Receipt, Receiving Report, etc.).
• Ensures the completeness and accuracy of documents before transmitting them to Head Office.
• Records all Delivery Receipts (DR), Out of Stock and Non-Delivery (OSND) reports, and Stock Order Requests (SOR).
• Submits daily reports on Delivery Receipt tracking and completeness.
• Processes booking and closing of Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time.
