Inventory Control Analyst

Role Purpose

Own inventory accuracy, control, and governance across warehouse operations by ensuring strong system-to-physical alignment, disciplined counting routines, and compliant handling of adjustments and scrap. Enable reliable customer fulfillment through data-driven visibility, cross-functional coordination, and strong operational follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

+ Generate inventory and stock movement visibility using Oracle / OBI; translate reporting into actions that improve accuracy, availability, and flow.

+ Perform ABC/XYZ segmentation on stock-on-hand to define and continuously refine cycle count strategy (scope, frequency, and prioritization).

+ Prepare Last Movement / Aging views to identify slow- and non-moving inventory and select the right items/lots for cycle counting and spot checks.
