Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Tracking: Recording all incoming and outgoing inventory, parts, or products in the inventory management system.
- Auditing and Reconciliation: Performing regular, routine, and year-end inventory counts, as well as reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and initiating replenishment or disposal.
- Receiving/Shipping: Inspecting, verifying, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, while processing paperwork like packing slips and invoices.
