About the Role
The job incumbent is primarily responsible in maintaining proper and accurate inventory management at the branch and ensuring appropriate number of stocks per product were maintained.
- Conducts and maintains inventory cycle count
- Submits order and replenishment report to branch supervisor for approval
- Keep track of all received and returned books
- Monitor stocks availability
- Analyze stocks movement to determine moving and non-moving titles
- Prepares and reconciles Offsite Selling Form (OSS) vs Cash Sales invoice
- Conducts Year-End Inventory
- Preparation of IM Tracking report every 15th and 30th of the month to the branch supervisor
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
