Inventory Associate

• Monitors and ensures that stores are ordering inventory replenishment on a timely manner
• Checking and Validating purchases of stores – regular and bulk
• Monitors and updates the sales and inventory data Masterfile of all stores
• Overseeing the work of team member
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows/process is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
• Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning and Purchasing the stores lost sales report.
• Reconciling of accuracy between system and actual in the warehouse
• Conducts cycle count and physical inventory together with Audit team.
• Works with Supervisor on researching and developing ways to improve inventory management processes.
• Other task that will be assigned by immediate superior/manager.
