Inventory Assistant

About the role

At Fleximetal Inc., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our team in our Taytay, Rizal plant. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting our inventory management processes and ensuring the efficient tracking and control of our stock levels.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock records
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods
• Assist in the storage and organization of inventory in our warehouse facilities
• Collaborate with the production, warehouse, and procurement department to identify inventory needs and trends
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory levels
• Maintain detailed inventory records and generate reports as required
• Support the implementation of inventory control and optimization initiatives
