Inventory Analyst

Key Responsible

• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory; Work with material coordinators to pull material for Return to Vendor (RTV) or scrap
• Coordinate material returns with Purchasing and Program Management
• Work with specialized reporting in conjunction with IT
• Look for inefficiencies for reporting Excess/Obsolete (E/O) inventory; Implement changes as approved by senior Inventory Analysts or management
• Identify specific E/O inventory issues and recommends effective dispositioning
• Provide information collected from analysis and E/O reports
• Participate in selecting areas for analysis
• Perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above
• Recognize inefficiencies and enhance the current process for reporting Excess/Obsolete (E/O) inventory; Recommend improvements and implements as approved
