About the Role
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
Design, Deploy and manage existing and new Intune configurations and policies.
Integrate Intune with SCCM to streamline device management and enforce compliance policies.
Configure and deploy office apps, business software, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune.
Implement and enforce security protocols to protect endpoints from potential threats.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune and SCCM, providing Level 2/3 support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Intune solutions meet those needs.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
