Role Overview

The Senior Intranet Content Analyst / Associate Lead is responsible for running and stabilising the SharePoint based intranet content service. The role ensures content updates, enforces governance and content guidelines, and acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day to day intranet content operations (BAU and projects) across SharePoint sites.
• Maintain content quality, discoverability, and AI/Copilot readiness through structured content, metadata, and standards.
• Lead page creation, updates, restructuring, archival, and remediation, ensuring alignment with approved templates, branding, and governance.
• Enforce and mature SOPs
• Act as the primary intranet contact for stakeholders (site owners, SMEs, ...
