Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Training and Certification 

• Translate spoken communication from one language to another during meetings, interviews, or events
• Accurately convey meaning, tone, and intent of the original speaker
• Provide sight translations of written documents when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all interactions
• Use reference materials and consult subject matter experts for technical accuracy
• Adapt translations to cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions
• Record and report daily activities and interactions as required
• Assist in designing and implementing training programs across departments
• Maintenance and certification of training materials and test papers
• Ensure that the training materials are synchronized with the actual operation, by process. 
• Support trainers with materials, tools, and administrative tasks
