Interpretation Support

Title: Interpretation Support (Mandarin/Cantonese speakers)

Contract duration: 6 months + 12 months renewable contract

Shifts: Night shift, shift allowances provided (RM 25 per night)

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Proficiency in Customer Support and the ability to assist clients effectively
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve issues systematically
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting is beneficial
• Multitasking abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Previous interpretation and support experience is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Any experience
  (we can consider a mix of fresher's/experienced translators/CS candidates)
• Open for SPM/Diploma holders

Working hours:
9PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM

Basic salary: RM 350...
