BHI believes in education and mentorship as a means of developing the next generation of leaders and craftsmen. One of our primary methods for developing others is through internships. Our internship program is primarily an avenue for us to give back to the American community that supports us. As such, we offer internship opportunities regardless of the individual's interest in long-term employment with us. However, we also provide internships to attract future leaders to our organization.

Internships can be offered on any of projects nationwide, in one of our satellite offices, or at our corporate office. We accept interns regardless of the time of year. Most college interns are offered $18 per hour and traveling expenses.
