Job Summary
The Internship Trainee – Freight Forwarding / Logistics will support daily logistics and freight forwarding operations while gaining hands-on experience in international shipping, supply chain coordination, documentation, and customer service. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to air, sea, and land freight operations in a professional logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating import and export shipments (air, sea, and land freight)
- Support booking of cargo with carriers, airlines, and transport providers
- Track shipments and update internal systems and customers on shipment status
Documentation & Compliance
Assist in preparing and checking shipping documents such as:
- Air Waybills (AWB)
- Bills of Lading (BL)
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
