About the Role
- End User Support: Responsible for providing IT support and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Hardware & Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for all hardware and software issues. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- NAS and Network Management: Managed user accounts, file organization, and access controls on Synology NAS, while monitoring and troubleshooting network performance
- Infrastructure Support: Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support for the entire site, including servers, storage and network equipment.
- IT Policies: Enforce IT/Security policies and procedures set by the company to ensure data protection, integrity and compliance with company standards.
