Internship - Statistical Process Control

Summary:

Responsible for generating SPC template with data key in, monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure product quality and process stability.

Key responsibility:

• Reporting to QA Product Engineer.
• Generate SPC template for product and key in the past historical data.
• Monitor processes using SPC tools and control charts.
• Analyze process data and identify abnormal trends.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain SPC records and reports.
• Work with Production, Engineering and QA teams.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Statistic, Mathematical, Data Analytical or related field.
• Experience in SPC or manufacturing quality preferred.
• Knowledge of SPC tools and control charts.
• Proficient in Excel/SPC software (Minitab is a plus)
