About the Role
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily purchasing activities including PO preparation and documentation.
- Support sourcing activities and communicate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and availability.
- Assist in tracking purchase orders, delivery status, and outstanding items.
- Maintain purchasing records, files, and supplier documentation.
- Support cost comparison and basic vendor evaluation activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Other duties assigned as require from superior.
Job Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain processes is an advantage.
