About the Role
- Assist in System Development Testing.
- Prepare Positive and Negative Checklist.
- Prepare Tree ID for QR Tag Printing.
- Assist in conducting System Training for users.
- Assist in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Track user reported issues and progress.
- Liaise with development team on resolving reported issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.
- Assist in creating customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Provide First Level Support/Troubleshooting as and when required
