Job Scope:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT is the final phase of the software/ system testing process, where actual users test the software/ system to ensure it meets the needs and requirements before goes live. Key responsibilities include test planning, execution of tests, log and track defects or issues identified during testing
Perform market insights that may involve analysis of data and trends to understand market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities include data collection, market research, performance tracking & competitor analysis
Involve in staff engagement related activities
