Job Description
- Assist the eCommerce lead with the management of marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and webstore.
- Support the development of pricing and assortment strategy to maximize sales.
- Set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands' marketing and promotion plans.
- Timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various channels.
- Champion inventory management and fulfilment for eCommerce orders.
- Boost customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless customer shopping experience.
