About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration
Ensure a high level of office administration by raising, batching, and dispatching relevant invoices, documents, and reports in a timely and organized manner.

2. Purchase Orders
Raise local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for all sublet jobs to ensure smooth processing and timely service delivery.

3. Invoice Processing
Process local creditors invoices as well as other relevant invoices efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

4. Warranty and Technical Reports
Ensure timely closing and dispatching of all warranty claims and technical reports to the relevant departments or principals.

5. Petty Cash Administration
Administer the petty cash float and prepare a weekly summary report for reimbursement and financial tracking.

6. Monthly Reporting
Prepare and submit accurate End-of-Month reports reflecting key administrative and financial information.
