About the Role

- Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned to you.
- Oversee site administration, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule, at the required quality level, and within budget.
- Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project, liaising with management, the customer, and the team.
- Coordinate contractors before and during the execution of work, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
- Assess risks and opportunities at the construction site, considering economic, organizational, and contractual aspects.
- Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, laws, quality, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Lead a team of qualified employees, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project goals.
