About the Role
For a leading international company, we are looking for an
INTERNATIONAL REWARD MANAGER
who reports to Head Of Reward.
The role holder will establish a deep understanding of business challenges and provide guidance on the application of reward policies and processes for the international part of their remit.
Ideally you will have experience in Total Reward Frameworks, Employee Benefits including Share plans, Job Sizing, Market pricing & Benchmarking and Performance Related Reward in an international context.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a deep, trusted relationship with the senior leadership teams and HR business partners for the Countries that you support.
- Understand the reward challenges and opportunities that exist now and will exist in the future.
