About the Role
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish, optimize and unify the group’s global legal affairs management system, policies, processes and standards to enhance the operational efficiency and compliance level of global legal affairs.
2. Serve as the core legal counsel for the management team, providing legal perspectives and recommendations on corporate governance, global capital market matters and major strategic decisions. Supervise the handling of overseas litigation, arbitration and government investigation cases with significant impacts.
3. Lead and conduct the final review of the group’s cutting-edge and complex cross-border transactions, including but not limited to overseas investment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint venture (JV) establishment, strategic technology alliances, major intellectual property licensing and global financing projects.
