Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The International Lawyer will provide legal advice and support to multinational corporation clients on a variety of international business matters.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on international laws and regulations relevant to clients' businesses.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for cross-border transactions.
- Represent clients in international disputes and negotiations.
- Provide guidance on compliance with foreign laws and regulations.
- Keep up to date with changes in international legal frameworks that may impact clients' operations.
