Job Title: International Lawyer - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support in all areas of international law. This is a part-time position with no accommodation provided, and is open to candidates of all nationalities who do not need to have any proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and services on a wide range of matters, such as international trade agreements, cross-border transactions, foreign investments, corporate mergers & acquisitions, international debt recovery and dispute resolution.
• Prepare legal documents such as contracts, memos, pleadings and briefs.
