We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This is a remote, full-time position open exclusively to international candidates who have a strong background in U.S. personal injury matters and can work U.S. Central Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providers
- Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and treatment updates
- Track case deadlines, treatment status, and settlement progress
- Assist with demand preparation and case documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the case management system
