The Role:
- Customer Development & Relationship Management: Proactively explore overseas markets, establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure the collection of at least 20 new customer leads and initial contact each month.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Take full responsibility for meeting personal sales goals, securing a minimum of 1 confirmed B2B order per month.
- Internal & External Coordination: Effectively coordinate business activities between the China headquarters team and key overseas accounts. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors, including customer visits, phone calls, payment collection, and account maintenance.
- Market Research & Analysis: Continuously gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, industry exhibition information, and potential customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
