We’re partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning independent creative communications agency on a senior Account Director hire for their Amsterdam-based international team.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on leading multi-market clients, managing high-performing teams, and driving commercially impactful campaigns across PR, influencer and social.
The Role
As Account Director, you will:
- Lead a portfolio of 4–5 client accounts across multiple markets
- Act as senior client counsel and primary point of contact
- Oversee integrated campaigns from concept to execution
- Manage quarterly planning, reporting and programme delivery
- Own campaign budgets, SOWs, supplier contracting and financial tracking
