Job Details About the Role The Internal Sales Coordinator - Quote Conversion is responsible for supporting sales growth by proactively following up open quotes, assisting with routine customer enquiries, maintaining accurate sales information and supporting Sales Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration. The primary purpose of the role is to improve quote conversion, customer responsiveness and sales team efficiency. The role acts as a key internal support point for the state sales team, ensuring customer opportunities are followed up in a timely and professional manner, quote status information is accurate, and Sales Account Managers are supported to focus on higher-value customer engagement and new business activity.
