My client a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton are seeking a Internal Sales Advisor. This is a key role in driving success through strong customer relationships and seamless sales processes.


My client operating from a purpose built site in Wolverhampton are a market leader in there product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.

As Internal Sales Advisor reporting to the Sales Manager you will:


  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and generate new leads.
  • Provide quotations and advice across our full product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Use Salesforce to track activities and manage opportunities.
  • Process orders accurately using Orderwise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and identify training needs.
