About the Opportunity
- Creating and managing the annual internal audit schedule
- Planning audits across global facilities every 2 years
- Leading risk assessments and internal control reviews
- Managing whistleblower investigations and ad hoc investigations
- Reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and Audit Committee
- Overseeing ICFR and compliance with OSC 52-109
- Managing and developing the internal audit team
