Intern, Project Coordination and Tool Development – Engineering Strategy (Fall 2026)

We are seeking a motivated student to support project managers and develop key tools within the Governance and Engineering Skills Management (GESM) team. This role focuses on project coordination, communication, and tool development, including VBA, Power BI, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities

Support project managers in all their initiatives and address requests from senior management. Handle communications across the engineering organization by preparing key messages, producing newsletters, and improving the SharePoint site user interface. Implement essential tools for project management and long‑term initiative maintenance, including VBA programming, Power BI, and SharePoint page development. Contribute to the development and delivery of engineering training programs and workshops. Coordinate high‑visibility projects within the engineering organization. Learning Objectives
